- First of all, we need a DSL internet connection which in fact is becoming more and more popular all around the world. People with a DSL connections are everywhere (at home and at work, they are our listeners)
- Next thing you need is your music. Your favorite songs (in mp3) are already saved in your computer ready to be heard.
- Finally, you need fun and love for the radio, the need of the need to be heard…
This is all!
Do not worry about technical issues.
We will send you an email with all the programs you need including very simple guidelines.
In less than 10 minutes you will be on air broadcasting…
For the record, you 'll need the following:
- a computer with an internet connection (you already have that)
- a sound card and a microphone to speak (you already have that)
- a program to encode to the signal of your show (we will give you that for free)
- a radio automation software/player (we will also give you that for free, if you need it)
- codes to connect to the streaming server.
- THE name… for your radio (you will tell us!)
So, how do we do it?
Once you receive our email with all the information concerning your subscription you open the attachments and install the encoder application.
You adjust the 4 parameters of the encoder to connect with the server.
Then you are ready to play your music (with our player or any other player).
That’s all! You’re on the air (virtually).
You can now send the link of your "radio address" all around the world.
You can put it to your site or email it to your friends.
Of course you can also be reached through the pages of the famous radio portal on www.youradio.tv.
